Adopt Pepsi a Tortoiseshell Tabby / Mixed (short coat) cat in Houston

This is Pepsi, a recently found cat in my neighborhood with no chip. I put up found cat posters, but no one ever contacted me. She's a sweet cat, quite small, can't possibly weigh more than 5 pounds, and has lovely brown fur with specs of orange and black scattered throughout. She seems to be around 3-4 years old. She gets along great with everyone in our household, even our rambunctious 6-year-old boy. She loves being pet by anyone who will pet her, and she'll sit in anyone's lap. However, we are moving soon, and we cannot afford to bring Pepsi with. Additionally, it's clear to us that Pepsi has some sort of skin condition that we also cannot afford to treat. It's apparent that her fur is bothering her, for she picks at it frequently and it's thinning out. So, in an effort to avoid turning her into a shelter (especially one that could euthanize her), we are looking for someone with patience to take her in and give her the life she deserves. She is a sweet girl who just needs a chance.
